Main Street to Wall Street, Inc. is a non-profit entity. It was founded in July of 2008 in response to predatory practices in the investment and banking profession. The purpose of this organization is to provide guidance in your investment decisions. We offer a series of workshops and one-on-one coaching around personal finance. By promoting financial literacy, we goal to improve our community one household at a time.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to relieve the poor, distressed and underprivileged through services around personal finance focusing on financial counseling; to combat juvenile delinquency by instilling security and a sense of accomplishment by educating youth around benefit of financial awareness. In doing this, Main Street to Wall Street, Inc assists in rearing youth as responsible, creditworthy citizens.

Main Street to Wall Street, Inc (MS to WS) does not offer services in financial planning nor portfolio management. We provide a network for your financial education. This corporation is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.
